House book
Paid, packed, or out tickets on the same WhatsApp count. Cancelled and unpaid sent tickets do not. The first paid ticket unlocks Bench on the next fill.
On 1–2 lyophilized vials the book percent applies, capped at checkout — or convert it to the fixed credit when that is larger. When volume, a promo, or a partner rate already won the percent, apply the credit on the ticket. They do not stack as two percents.
After 1 paid ticket

8% off 1–2 vial fills, max Rp 250.000.
Rp 50.000 credit when a better percent already applies.
Complimentary BAC Water 10 ml on every 4th paid ticket — or that line credited if BAC is already in the cart.
After 9 paid tickets
Ledger · 12%
12% off 1–2 vial fills, max Rp 400.000.
Rp 100.000 credit when a better percent already applies.
House BAC perk, plus same-day hold past cutoff when stock allows, and a lot-hold note on the next named fill.
BAC gift is the 10 ml supply vial (Rp 250.000 retail). If that vial is already in the cart, the line is credited instead of packing a second bottle.
