Cart, ticket, WhatsApp: how an Untai order actually moves

The site is a labeled catalog with a cart. Quantity changes on the cart stepper; tapping Add to cart twice does not stack. Checkout collects name, WhatsApp, area, and villa pin, then opens WhatsApp with a complete ticket.
We confirm stock on that ticket. If a lot moved, we say so before you pay. Promo codes (WELCOME, STACK, and the rest) apply on checkout; charging stays IDR.
There is no member wall and no stored card. Details stay on this device until you send the ticket. That is the same pattern as most Bali shops that close on chat.
