Scope
This notice applies to personal data collected when you browse untai.bali, contact us, or place an order via WhatsApp. It is prepared with reference to Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP No. 27 of 2022).
Personal data we collect
We collect only what is needed to respond and fulfill orders.
- WhatsApp display name and phone number
- Order details: products, quantities, prices, delivery address
- Name, WhatsApp number, optional email, and Bali address you enter at checkout
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp

Order records are kept for as long as needed to fulfill the order, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations — typically up to five (5) years unless a shorter period is required by law. WhatsApp chat history follows your device and Meta's retention settings; we retain only what we need from orders.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including access limits on order records. No method of transmission over WhatsApp or the internet is fully secure.
Your rights
Under UU PDP, you may request:
