WhatsApp Business orders
Prices are shown on this site in Indonesian rupiah. Checkout collects your name, WhatsApp number, and Bali delivery address. The order is placed when you send the ticket in WhatsApp Business. Payment instructions (QRIS, bank transfer, or cash on delivery) are confirmed in chat. No payment is processed on this site. An order is accepted when we confirm it in WhatsApp.
No therapeutic claims
Products are labeled peptide vials and supplies. Untai makes no claims to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. This site is not medical advice. You are responsible for lawful use in your jurisdiction.
Labeled product
Each vial is supplied with lot traceability and house labeling. Specifications are stated on the product page. Certificate of analysis is available on request via WhatsApp. Inspect on receipt. Report damage or discrepancy via WhatsApp within 48 hours.
Bali fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled from Bali, Indonesia. Same-day dispatch is available across the island for orders placed before 17:00 WITA, subject to stock and courier coverage. Delivery scope, timing, and cost are agreed in WhatsApp. Risk passes on handover to the carrier or on local pickup, as agreed.
Partner ledger
Approved partners receive a unique code and a 90-day referral link. Commission is a tiered percent of the net subtotal on tickets marked paid, packed, or out, and is not due on cancelled tickets or self-orders. Guests attributed to a partner remain on that book for later orders unless a different partner code is used. Payouts are monthly in IDR by transfer, QRIS, or store credit above the stated minimum. Partners must keep research-use-only language, disclose the relationship, and must not spam or bid on Untai marks. Untai may pause or end a code that breaks these terms.
General
